Warm Blankets Orphan Care International (WBOC) partners with local Non Government Organizations (NGO) in the countries where we serve.  WBOC avoids going into a country without the country specific expertise that a local organization provides.

Working with qualified local NGO’s serves to protect the gifts and resources that are entrusted to WBOC for the effective care of orphans and fulfillment of the Great Commission.  In Cambodia, we are blessed to work in fellowship with Foursquare Children Of Promise (FCOP).

Foursquare Children Of Promise is a nationally recognized Non Government Organization licensed to operate anywhere in the country of Cambodia. They oversee the daily operations associated with Warm Blankets supported church orphan homes in Cambodia.

Warm Blankets Orphan Care is the chief support organization connecting church orphan homes with sponsors in developed nations.
