Warm Blankets Orphan Care International (WBOC) partners with local Non Government Organizations (NGO) in the countries where we serve. WBOC avoids going into a country without the country specific expertise that a local organization provides.

Working with qualified local NGO’s serves to protect the gifts and resources that are entrusted to WBOC for the effective care of orphans and fulfillment of the Great Commission. In Indonesia, we are blessed to work in fellowship with Disciple Makers and Mercy Indonesia.

Disciple Makers and Mercy Indonesia are sister ministries that are nationally recognized Non Government Organizations licensed to operate anywhere in the country of Indonesia. They oversee the daily operations associated with Warm Blankets supported mercy homes in Indonesia.

Warm Blankets Orphan Care is the chief support organization connecting mercy homes with sponsors in developed nations.

For United States tax-deductible giving in support of the ministry, WBOC is a bona fide 501(c) (3) not for profit organization recognized by the I.R.S.
