Restore Hope Childcare Program

Warm Blankets Orphan Care International (WBOCI) partners with local Non Government Organizations (NGO) in the countries where we serve. WBOCI avoids going into a country without a strong in-country leader who can offer the specific expertise that a local organization provides.

Working with qualified local NGO’s serves to protect the gifts and resources that are entrusted to WBOCI for the effective care of orphans and fulfillment of the Great Commission.  In Uganda, we are blessed to work in fellowship with the Restore Hope Childcare Program.

Restore Hope Childcare Program is currently working to rescue and care for orphans in Hoima, Uganda. In conjunction with them, we are aiming at providing a home and a place to belong for parent-less children, in addition to meeting their basic physical needs, educational needs, and above all, spiritual needs. Our efforts are to show the love of Jesus to the hurting children as we raise, mentor, groom and disciple them so that each child recognizes their place as a priceless child of God and a valuable member of Ugandan society.

WBOCI also looks forward to starting a childhood restoration program and to working more with the rehabilitation of children who have suffered various forms of trauma due to some natural catastrophe or the AIDS scourge. We believe that every child needs life skills and moral values to grow into a faithful future leader. Through love and leadership, we are helping to rebuild a nation that will worship the Lord Jesus Christ in spirit and in truth. This is why Restore Hope Childcare Program was started.
